About the maker;

 

If you have visited my website in the past you know that I have enjoyed a long career as a builder of handmade guitars. Things change. As I move along in life, I have decided to transition to another passion with fewer demands. I cook. And I enjoy preparing food using finely crafted, sharp knives. Over the years I have worked with a lot of quality cutlery and developed some preferences for the knives that I find most functional in the kitchen; especially the smaller ones. Originally presented as an occasional gift, I now have the time to make a few more knives. I work alone and the entire process of crafting a knife is completed in my shop here in Sullivan, Maine.
